The Washington Area Collectors/Blue & Gray Military Vehicle Trust (WAC/B&G MVT) Chapter of the Military Vehicle Preservation Association (MVPA) was established in 1985.
The WAC/B&G MVT was formed as a club of individuals interested in the preservation of historic military technology. The club consists of approximately 180 members, the majority of whom reside in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. We also have members who live in Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
We promote growth of the club by introducing persons interested in the preservation of historic military technology and providing assistance to our members in preserving this historic technology.
Our club is a not for profit organization that supports the education of persons interested in historic military technology. We offer support to civic organizations by providing operating historic military vehicles for static displays, parades, and other events to honor veterans of our military services.
The WAC/B&G MVT is the sponsor of the Annual East Coast Military Vehicle Rally. This rally is arguably the largest and longest running annual event of its type in this country. If you are interested, do contact one our club members. Come to a club meeting or visit the annual rally.
